This recipe is simple to follow. All you need is basic kitchen utensils. The chocolate and mint extract go well together. Yummy and refreshing.

Weigh and measure ingredients. Line cupcakes tray with cupcake liners. Preheat oven to 160°C.

In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Sift. In another bowl combine butter, milk, eggs and sugar whisk well to combine. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

Mix well to combine. Divide butter into two add pepper mint and clolour to one mix. Add cocoa powder to the other mix.

Scoop batter into cupcake holes alternating to get a marble effect. Bake at 160 for 20min until a skewers inserted comes out clean. Remove from baking tray and place on cooling rack to cool completely. Serve with tea, coffee or beverage.
