We are back from Greece and desperately trying to find a way to recreate some of the amazing things that we tasted during our trips, here is the first one! So tasty and so quick! Can also be made with lamb meatballs and many more options

Chop onions and add them to a sauce pan. On very low heat cook onions until soft but not brown. Add garlic and the chillies and cook for another minute or so. If the pan gets too dry and the onions start burning add a splash of wine

Add the tomato sauce and the white wine, cover and leave to cook for 10 min on low heat
- 3
Add prawns and half of the parsley. cook covered for 2 minutes

Add the crumbled feta, the rest of the parsley, turn off the heat and leave the feta to melt.
