Ingredients

45 minutes
6 servings
  • 200 gmrajma soaked for 8 hours
  • 4onion
  • 4tomato
  • 2 tablespoonginger,garlic and green chilli paste
  • 2tejpatta
  • 1 inchdal chini
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 4 tablespoonbutter
  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 1/2 cuptarmind water
  • As neededCoriander for garnishing
  • Dry species
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • To tasteSalt according
  • 1 tbspgaram masala

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    First cook soaked rajma for 6 whistle.Take a pan heat a butter add cummin seeds,tejpatta,and dal.chinni add ginger garlic,green chilli pastecook for 2 minutes.now add onion paste

    Now add dry species(coriander powder,turmeric powder and garam masala).stir the onion until.oil.comes out.then add tomato puree,add salt in it.keep lid for cook

    When tomato cook properly.then add turmind water,cook for sometime now add curd. Again keep lid for 5 minutes.

    Now add boiled rajma which we cooked in pressure cooker.Rajma is ready to serve.garnish with coriander
