Chocolate Lava cake

Step 1: Melt chocolate with butter for on double boiler till it's melted completely and there are no lumbs left. Cool it.

In a large bowl beat eggs, eggs yolks, sugar and vanilla till it's fluffy.

Mix cooled chocolate batter with eggs batter. Then add sifted flour and fold it.

Prepare ramekins or any oven proof glass container by buttering in all sides and dusting with cocoa powder. Pour batter in the prepared moulds and bake it in 200° for 8 to 9 minutes.

Take it out and carefully put on servings Platte and dust some icing sugar on top of the lava cake. Serve with a Scoop of Vanilla Ice cream.
