Take idli batter in a bowl add salt asofoetida and 1-2tsp water mix well.

Boil and peel potatoes. And mash with fingers. Heat oil in a pan add fenugreek seeds mustard seeds and cumin seeds asafoetida urad dal curry patta chopped green chilli. And add onion slices saute till transparant and add potatoes. Mix well. Add sambhar masala salt turmeric powder and chopped coriander mix properly. Filling is ready.

Now grease grill sandwich maker with oil and pre heat. Pour batter and make thin layer. Cook for 2 mins. Stuff potatoes fill and again pour batter close sandwich maker till automatically light turn off.

Take out in a plate. Tasty healthy breakfast is ready to serve. Serve with red chutney and coconut chutney.
