Steps

Soak the flattened rice for 5 min. Remove from water and blend it.

Remove in a bowl add semolina, curd salt and water, and make batter.

Heat a pan, pour batter. As bubble formed add chopped vegetables. Press them by spatula.

Now flip it, and cook 1min at low flame. Now flip it and again cook for 1 min at low flame. Poha uttapam is ready.
