Keep all ingredients ready.

Grind quinoa into coarse powder

Add oil to pan. Once hot add mustard, cumin, chana daal and chilli.

Once crackles add curry leaves, green chilli and chopped onions.

Add chopped tomato.

Add broken quinoa.

Add spices and saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add coconut powder. If fresh coconut is added it will enhance the taste.

Add boiling water.

Cook it until done.
