To start with combine all the ingredients such as onion, green chilli, capsicum, tomato, carrot, beans, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl. Keep the mix aside.

Heat a non-stick tawa and grease it with oil.

Pour 2 ladleful of dosa batter and spread it in a circular motion.

Sprinkle half of the vegetable mix over it along with 1/4 tsp chilli powder. Cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for few seconds.

Then open the lid and flip it. Add oil a little around the edges and cook for 1-2 minutes or till just done.

Repeat the process to make one more chilla with rest of the batter and veggies.

Serve hot with favorite chutney.
