Ingredients

15 minutes

3 servings

1bowl soaked sabudana
3-4boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2cup roasted and crushed peanut powder
as per taste Salt
1spoon grated ginger
2-3green chillies chopped
2spoons coriander leaves chopped
as required Oil for frying

Strain the Sabuana and put it in the mixing bowl.

Add all ingredients except oil and mix well.

Make a vada shape.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these vada on medium heat.

Take out from oil and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
