  • 1/2Dal chana

  • 1/2 tspBlack cumin

  • 10 pcsDry red chilli
  • 10 clovesGarlic
  • Ginger 2inch pcs
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 bunchCoriander
  • 6-8Green chilli
  • Onion 2 nedium

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all spices in beef andboil until meat is soft then add chana dal and cook untit soft better us prepared

    Now grind in chopper or hawan dasta
