Ingredients

  • 2 pcstilapia fish (u can use any variation of fish u want)
  • 2 pcstomatoes (cut in small pieces)
  • 2 clovesgarlic (minced)
  • Medium onion (minced)
  • Spring onion
  • 1/2 cupoil for frying and sauteeing
  • Salt or fish sauce
  • Pepper
  • 30 mlwater
  • 2beaten eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Season both sides tilapia with salt.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in pan. Wait until the oil is hot then fry the tilapia fish until golden brown. Set aside the tilapia.

  3. 3

    Put 1 tbsp of oil in pan. Sauteè the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the tomatoes. Wait until the tomato to become soft and then put water. Cover to boil.

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the tilapia fish. And then wait to boil. Put the beaten eggs around the tilapia and cover. Wait for the egg to cook. Serve hot :)
