  • Beef meat 1 kilo
  • to tasteSeasoning
  • Spices
  • Scotch bonnet grated
  • Onions grated
  • 2 tbsDaddawa
  • Oil
  • 10 clovesGarlic
  • 1 tspPepper flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot put all ingredients with the meat add water to cover the meat..and allow to cook until soft when it's done u add pepper flakes 1 ts.

  2. 2

    Serve warm and garnish.
