1 cupbesan
4 tspcorn flour
To tastesalt and red chilli powder
As neededoil

Take potato cut into long strips.

Take a bowl add besan corn flour, salt and red chilli powder, add water make batter.

Heat oil in a kadhai, dip potato fingers into besan batter and deep fry all fingers.

Serve with tomato sauce.
