Steps

  1. 1

Wash your soybeans to free it from dirt and stones. Grind immediately to smooth paste.

  2. 2

Add little palm oil to the paste and sieve out the milk.

  3. 3

Pour the milk into a big enough pot and set on fire to bring to boil. The pot should be big enough to accommodate the milk while boiling as it rises up.

  4. 4

As the milk starts to boil, add the the lime or pap lime water gradually and evenly into it. This will help the milk to coagulation.

  5. 5

In a bowl, brake eggs, add grated pepper, sliced onions, seasonings, and whisk them together.

  6. 6

Sieve out the cuagulated milk using a sieving cloth. Open up the sieve and add the mixture seasoning. Stir slightly to distribute the seasonings evenly and hang it out to drain out excess water. This will help the milk to solidify and easy to cut to desired shape.
