Steps

Wash & soak the rice for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a karahi & add cumin seeds & bay leaf When it crackle up,add onions & ginger garlic paste. Cook till they become golden brown.

Now add all the ingredients & saute Add grinded tomatoes & cook till oil spreads from corners.

Cut potatoes in small pieces. Add them & all the other veggies to the cooked masala.Cook on low flame for 5 minutes or till all the water is absorbed.

Drain the water from the rice & add them to the veggies with 4 cup of water.

Cover with lid & after a boil,slow down the flame & cook for 20 minutes.Switch off the flame.

Serve hot with curd.
