Grate tha coconut and coarsely grind it. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chilli, ginger and garlic powder, black pepper, salt, gram flour and chopped coriander leaves.

Mix...it and the batter should be thick in consistency. Once it is done. Keep aside.

Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot. Fry the pakora batch wise. Repeat tha same procedure till the pakora batter finished. Fry tha pakora till it become brown in colour. Once it is done.

Transfer to a plate. Garish with spring onion. Ready to Serve....with hot....tea
