Steps

Add ghee in a kadai and let it be hot. Once the ghee is hot, reduce the flame and slowly add gundar to it. Let it blow and then remove it on a plate.

Take a kadai. Add sugar and water till sugar is covered. Make the sugar syrup till 1 and 1/2 string consistency.

Add grated khoya to the sugar syrup. Stir well. The colour will change to light brown. Add Aserio to it and stir well. Switch off the stove.

Add dry ginger powder, and fried gundar to it. And mix well. Spread the mixer on a greased thali and let it come to room temperature. Cut into pieces and ready to serve. Can be stored in airtight container for a week.
