Steps

    Flambé the red wine and beef sauce

  2. 2

    Wait until it’s reduced to half; add flower for better consistency

  3. 3

    Season

    Meanwhile prepare the onion and toast the bread

  5. 5

    Poached eggs on top of toast surrounded by onions, put wine sauce on top
