Take sugar in pan switch on gas on lower flame carmalise sugar

Meanwhile boil milk

Stir continuously until you get nice golden colour

Very carefully add milk in caramel sugar

Boil milk at least 10 minutes to thicken milk

When milk at Lukewarm temperature add beaten curd mix properly and pour in earthen pots for set at least 5-6 hours to set thick and creamy mishthidoi

After setting doi keep it in fridge for chill and enjoy it as a dessert
