Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsfrench beans chopped into cubes
  2. 1/2 cup each thick wheat flour and jowar aata
  3. 1 tspoil for sabzi
  4. 1 tbspoil for dhokli
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste for dholi
  6. 1 tbspchilli garlic paste for sabzi
  7. 2 tspsugar
  8. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 2 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  10. 1/2 tspajwain
  11. 1 tbspcurd for dhokli
  12. 1 1/2 cupwater for sabzi

Cooking Instructions

    First make dough for dhokli,take wheat,jowar and besan in a bowl add 1tbsp.oil, ginger garlic paste,curd,pinch of Turmeric powder,1tsp.dhaniya jeera powder sugar and make soft dough with a little water

    Keep the dough for rest and take a pressure cooker add water, oil, dhaniya jeera powder, oil, sugar ajwain and let it boil then add french beans.

    Now take the dhokli dough and make small flat dumplings that's dhokli and one by one put in cooker in, boiling french beans close the lid and cook till 2 whistles put off the gas allow to cool open the lid and serve hot if like can add 1tsp Of lemon juice
