Firstly, start with the mixing of all dry ingredients then take some lukewarm water for the making of a dough of the Roti.

Now take the dough according to one Roti and flatten it by hands with the help of rolling pan and put some ghee on top to make the Roti soft and crunchy.

Now it’s time to shallow fry the Makki Roti and make it crispy.

The Makki di methi Wali Roti is now ready for presentation, Serve it with butter, yogurt and jaggery chikki. My grandma makes it with the love and affection it needs to be put to make it as yummy as it looks. Thank you so much NANI for teaching me this wonderful recipe.
