South Indian Tomato Pickle in Microwave

Dry roast fenugreek seeds, and mustard seeds in microwave for three minutes. Cool it. Grind it and make a powder.

Soak tomato with salt for two hours. After two hrs. Take out tomatoes (leaving water). Alone to a bowl. Micro on three minutes. In an open bowl.

Add tamarind in the tomato soaked water and keep aside. Tomato, soak tamarind, dry roast funegrek powder, mustard powder, red chilli and grind it. Keep aside.

Add salt and oil. Mix it well. Microwave the pickle for 3 minutes. Once it is done. Cool it.

Ready to serve. With paratha and with rice and dal. After cooling store in a glass bottle. Enjoy.
