Steps

Wash and peel chestnuts and cut them into slices. Soak them in water for 5 minutes.

Now roast or fry them in ghee till light brown.

In a pan add 2 tbsp ghee sprinkle cumin seeds. Now put dry nuts and roast them. Take them out. And add tomato and cook for 2- 3 minutes.

Now add 2 tbsp cream and fried chestnuts and cook them for 10 minutes on low flame. Water chestnuts are ready.
