Soaked sabudana in water for 4,5hours.

Take a microwave safe bowl and pour oil into it. Place it inside the microwave and heat it for 1 minute. take the bowl out. Add cumin seeds into it. Again place it back into the microwave and roast it for 1 minute

Now take the bowl out and add chopped green chilli, grated ginger and diced potatoes into the bowl. Stir to mix everything really well. Cover the bowl and place it inside the microwave. Cook it for 2minutes.

After 2 minutes, take the bowl out. Now add turmerik and tomato cook for 1 minutes. Now add soaked sago pearls into it along with red chilli powder, salt, roasted peanuts,Mix all the ingredients well.

Now cover the bowl. Place the bowl inside the microwave and set the timer for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, take the bowl out. Stir the khichdi..

After that, add coriander leaves and lemon juice into it. Mix well. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for 5,6minutes.

Now. Stir the khichdi with a spoon. Saboodana ki khichdi in microwave is now ready. Garnish with coriander leaves,rosted peanuts and serve hot.
