I love this dish because it's easy to prepare and why not make something fancy as well as filling.

Steps

Remove the corner of the bread slices.

Roll the slices with a rolling pin to thin ones.

Apply cheese spread on the slice.

Sauté chopped mushrooms, onions, finely cut cabbage, grated carrot and diced bellpeppers. Add oregano, chopped garlic, soya sauce, black pepper, salt and chilli sauce.

Take one slice and keep little filling in the center.
Apply the maida batter on the sides and roll the bread slice. - 6
Make all the rolls in a similar way.

Apply a little ghee on top.

Take a grill pan and sprinkle some olive oil or regular vegetable oil. Place the rolls and grill evey from all the sides until golden brown or Preheat the oven over 180°C and Bake till golden brown.

Serve hot with coriander chutney or ketchup.
