Steps

Wash and Soak lobiya overnight.

Drain water and Grind to a smooth paste in a mixer.

Wash, peel and chop onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and ginger. Grate cauliflower.

Now take a mixing bowl. Add lobiya paste and all chopped vegetables. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, black pepper and mix well.

Heat oil in a karahi and put little mixture with a spoon and fry till golden brown colour.

Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Serve hot with green chutney.
