Ingredients

  1. Marinade
  2. 1 1/2 poundschicken cutlets
  3. 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  4. 2limes
  5. 2 tablespoonsgarlic
  6. 1 tablespoonsalt
  7. 1 tablespoonpaprika
  8. 1 tablespooncumin
  9. 2 teaspoonssugar
  10. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  11. Green Sauce
  12. 3seeded & chopped jalapeno peppers
  13. 1 cupcilantro
  14. 1/2 cupGreek plain yogurt
  15. 1/4 cupsour cream
  16. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  17. 1lime
  18. 1 tablespoongarlic
  19. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  20. 1/2 teaspoonpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all marinade ingredients put in a Ziploc bag and marinade chicken for at least 8 hours

  2. 2

    Combine all green sauce ingredients and refrigerate

  3. 3

    Cook chicken cutlets in air fryer at 400 degrees for 8 minutes
