Ingredients

1 cupcauliflower
1 cupcarrot
1 cupradish
1/2 cupgreen chilli
50 gmrai / mustard seeds
1 tbsaunf
To tasteSalt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1spoon turmeric powder
300 mlmustard oil

Steps

Wash & cut all veggies

Boil water with little bit of salt & turmeric parboil all veggies

Keep it in sunlight on muslin clothe for 2 hrs

Grind rai & fennel
5

Mix rai powder, fennel powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & oil

Keep it in sunlight for only1day
7

After 3 days your pickle is ready..
