Cool days and grits sticks to your ribs!!! I grew up eating grits and eggs. I have had them so many times and so many different ways!!! Such a staple.

Ingredients

2 cupscheesy grits with Canadian bacon see my recipe
3large eggs
To tastesalt and pepper
As neededbutter
1/4 cupwater

Steps

Add butter to a frying pan or skillet.

Add eggs to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Let the whites cook, by adding the water and cover with a lid.

Whites are now done and the yoke is still runny.

Add grits on top and serve. I hope you enjoy!!!!
