In a cup add Lukewarm water, yeast and sugar. leave covered for 10 min to activate the yeast.

In a bowl add flour, salt sugar Add the activated yeast mix. Add water and make a soft sticky dough.

Add oil and Knead continuously for 10 mins.

Set the dough in a greesd big bowl and covered it with cling film or damp towel, keep at warm place for 1 hour.

To make a filling heat the oil in a pan add mustard seed cumin seed when it gets splutter add chopped onion and red chilli, cook for 2 minutes.

Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, mix it well the mashed the potatoes and add.

Using your thumb fold the middle up and bring the sides to meet in the middle almost like you are making an open wonton.
