To make the dough in a bowl put the flour in a bowl add a pinch of salt and water as desired to make a soft dough.knead it for afew minutes then wrap in cling film and let it rest for 20 minutes

Then cut the spring onion and put it in the ndengu and mash potatoes

When the dough is rested cut the dough into 4

Spread the balls into thin circles and cut them into 4

Make samosa pockets.glue them with wet flour paste

Fill them with desired filling

Close them and fry in hot oil

Serve warm
