Peel and chop potatoes. Bring to the boil in salted water and cook until tender. Preheat oven to 200. Wrap your sausages in bacon, place on a baking tray and cook for about 25 minutes. Slice the onion

Put butter and onion in a pan. Cook on low flame until soft. Add water and gravy granules. Stir frequently and simmer for a few minutes

Mash the potatoes with a knob of butter. Serve and enjoy 😀
