Preheat oven to 160°C (adjust oven accordingly). Grease & line baking pan with baking paper with an overhang on the sides. Prepare and measure all ingredients.

A 🥣 Melt A, double boil, then Whisk and combine chocolate and butter well. Keep aside.

B 🥣 Beat B until you have a smooth, well combined mixture. It doesn't have to be fluffy.

Next combine A & B.

C 🥣 Sift C (dry ingredients) into the wet ingredients and fold until just combined. Avoid over beating the batter.

Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing the top out evenly. Bake at 150 - 160°C (depending on the oven) for 25 - 30 mins or until the center is no longer jiggles and the top is set to the touch. Turn off the oven and leave it ajar for 10mins. Brownies will keep baking in the hot pan even outside the oven. Avoid baking brownies for too long, so you won't end up with a very dry brownies.

Leave to cool completely before storing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
