Schezwan Paneer

Marinate the paneer cubes with salt, pepper and red chilli powder. Heat some oil in a non stick pan and fry the paneer on high flame and set aside.

In another vessel heat oil. Add the chopped garlic, ginger and onions and saute on high flame for 2 minutes. Now add the bell peppers and saute for a few seconds. Add the schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt and saute for a few minutes. Mix cornflour in some water and prepare a slurry. Add to the dish and cook stirring constantly till you get a thick gravy. Next, add the paneer cubes and mix well. Enjoy hot with steamed rice.
