Steps

In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, cashew nuts and fry

Add rava and fry for a minute or two.

Transfer into a bowl, add ragi flour, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, salt. Mix well.

Add curd and mix well. Add water as required to get the consistency of idli batter. Add salt and mix.

Just before pouring batter into greased idli moulds, add soda or eno fruit salt.

Steam for 10-12 mins.
