Separate idli batter in two parts

In one part add salt only. And in second part add salt and turmeric powder.mix it well

Keep idli steamer on medium flame. Grease oil to the molds and pour batter in it.

Cover it and steam it for 15 -20 minutes. remove it bhi care fully.

Cut white part in Cookpad 'S had shape.

Set white part in serving plate, keep yellow part on it and set hat shape on top

Heat oil add mustard seed 'S, cumin seeds, Asafoetida and curry leaves in it make a tadka and pour it on bottom part. Give hat shape with idli chutney powder.
