Take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt and oil, knead a dough using spinach juice. Then rest for 15 minutes.

To make the stuffing : in a bowl add cheese, paneer, chilli flakes, salt, coriander, green chilli and onions mix well.

Take knead dough and make same size ball and roll it. add stuffing in it and give a shape as you choice.

Take the steamer plate and steam for 20 minutes.

To make momos chutney : in a Boil water add 2 tomatoes, 3-5 garlic cloves and dried red chilli cook for 5 minutes, then add in mixture jar and make paste. take oil in a pan add paste and 2 tbsp of water and cook for 3 min.

Serve a momos with chutney
