In a pan put oil and heat it then add garlic and onions and FRI for 1 minute then add green chilli and FRI for few seconds then add all the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes then add red chilli sauce and pepper powder soya sauce and salt and mix well then add boiled rice and mix well for 5 minutes then add vinegar and mix well and garnish with spring onions.....
