Steps

Add besan, turmeric, ajwain,and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix everything well.

Add ginger, tomato, onions, coriander leaves and chillies. Pour enough water and make a batter of thick but pourable constituency.

Heat a pan and grease it. Take a ladle of batter and pour it on the center quickly spread round it to a chilla.

Drizzle some oil around the edges and the center.

Flip it to the other side. Fry until the chila is cooked.

Serve hot with chutney, sauce, curd.
