Ingredients

  1. 4Potato chopped
  2. 2onion chopped
  3. 2tomato chopped
  4. 1green chillies chopped
  5. Handfulgreen matar(peas)
  6. 1 teaspoonJeera(cumin seeds)
  7. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoonsabji masala
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 teaspoongrated Ginger
  12. 3 tablespoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take oil in cooker add Jeera and chillies. Then add chopped onion and potato. Then add chopped tomato and Ginger, after frying for 5 minutes add all dry masala including salt. Frywell add near about one glass of water then cook for two whistles. Boil some more time if the curry is watery. Best served with poori.
