Ingredients

20-30 minutes
1-2 servings
  • 4-6Pink Prawns
  • 20 mlFresh Thyme
  • 20 mlFresh Chives
  • 50 mlHeavy Cream
  • 40 mlButter
  • 15 mlLemon Juice
  • 1/4Onion
  • 4Garlic Cloves (Depends on to Garlic tolerance)
  • 5 mlSalt
  • 10 mlBlack Pepper

Steps

20-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Do all your mise-en-place (Chop your Vegetables, clean & butterfly your Prawns).

    Season your Prawns with Salt & Pepper, then drizzle with Lemon Juice.

    Fry in Olive Oil on medium heat for about 7 minutes & set aside.

    Sauté the Onion, Garlic in Butter on medium heat. Once cooked, add fresh Thyme & fry for about 2 minutes.

    Finish off with Heavy Cream & Chives. Cook for another 3 minutes.
