Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbasmati rice
  2. 1 cupsprouted moong
  3. 2chopped onions
  4. Forchutney-
  5. 1 cupchopped green coriander
  6. 1/2 cupchopped mint leaves
  7. 1/4 cupchopped spinach
  8. 4-5garlic, chopped
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 spoonslemon juice
  11. 1 spoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    To make chutney, blend all the ingredients of chutney in mixer jar and make smooth paste.

    Now take oil in a pan. Put the onion in the pan. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes. Add sprouted moong and basmati rice. Add salt if needed. Now add boiling water till it's surface submerged, let it cook for 10-15 minutes.

    Serve with curd.
