Peel and Mash boiled potatoes. Add chopped coriander leaves and green chilli. Mix well.

Add all dry masalas and mix thoroughly.

Place this mixture on two bread slices evenly.

Cover them with other two bread slices.

Now heat a griddle. Grease butter on it. Place sandwich on it and roast for 2 minutes.

Flip the side. Brush it with butter and roast on slow flame.

Decorate with sliced tomato. Serve hot with sauce.
