Ingredients

  • 6potatoes cut chips way, washed and par boiled
  • 1/2 ltroil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up your oil in a deep frying pan

  2. 2

    Add in your drained par boiled potatoes

  3. 3

    Let them Cook to crispy texture

  4. 4

    Once done remove from heat, sieve out extra oil and put on paper towel to absorb extra oil

  5. 5

    Sprinkle a little salt and serve hot
