Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 gmsdry prawns
  • 4Dry red chillies
  • 5-6garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoonsmustard oil
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan and roast the prawns for 2 to 3 minutes by continues stirring.

    After cooling take a grinder. Add prawns,chilli and garlic and grind it to make fine powder.

    Add salt and mustard oil. And mix well. Prawns chutney is ready.

    Serve it with any dish as a side dish.
