Steps

Wash and diced all the vegetables.

Break your eggs and put them in a bowl.

Add all the vegetables maggi and the spices.

Mix the well

Put your pot on fire add oil when hot pour in the egg mixture.

Allow to cook for few minutes then you start to scramble them.

When they are all cook turn of the heat.

Serve with boiled or fried yam, or bread or white rice or plantain.
