Ingredients

250 gramBoneless chicken
to tasteSalt
Black pepper half tsp
1 tspGinger garlic paste
1egg
1/4 tspChilli flakes
1 tspHot sauce
1 tspSoya sauce
For coating
Maida halfcup
1 tbspCorn flour
to tasteSalt
1/3 tspBlack pepper
1/4 tspBaking powder
Oil for frying

Steps

Take the chicken and cut into strips.now add all imgredients into chicken and marinate for 2hours.

Now mix all ingredients for coating.

Now heat oil in a pan.

Take strips and coat into dry coating and remove extra flour and fry for 10mint on low to medium flame.

And serve hot.
