Ingredients

  • 10 piecesIrish potatoes
  • Tintomatoes
  • Fresh pepper
  • Spices
  • Salt & curry
  • G/oil
  • 1 cupwater
  • Cooked white rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut into round slices(moderately thick) and wash with salt water.

  2. 2

    Place a clean pot on fire and add g/oil, add grinded pepper & tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Fry for 15 mins and add a cup of water.Add Salt, curry and spices.

  4. 4

    Add washed potatoes and cook for 10 mins.

  5. 5

    Serve with white rice and enjoy 😋😋
