Sweet potatoes 🍠
3-4 tablespoonsugar
1/2 teaspooncardamon powder
1 1/2 cuplight coconut milk
1/2 cupheavy coconut milk

Steps

First step cut the sweet potatoes into long pieces

Add light coconut milk,cardamon and sugar and cover to let it cook til soft

Once soft and the stew is less remove from the fire and place aside

In a small pot cook the heavy coconut milk til more thicker

Serve the sweet potatoes on a plate and add the cooked heavy milk on top and enjoy 😋👌.
