  • fresh mint
  • 1/2 bunchcilantro
  • 1/4 bunchfresh thyme
  • 3cucumbers
  • 3radishes
  • green onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • olive oil
  • sumac
  • pomegranate molasses
  • salt to taste

    Cut all the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.

    Grate the carrot.

    Add salt, then pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and crushed garlic cloves, and mix them well.
